Bayou Smokehouse is a family-owned food truck built around one simple idea: bring a real taste of Southern culture to Northern Colorado.
Our roots are in the South, and the food we serve is the food we know: smoked chicken wings kissed with apple wood, slow-smoked pork belly, pulled pork, Low-Country Peel & Eat Shrimp, hearty Jambalaya, boiled peanuts, scratch-made sides, and Southern desserts like our Banana Puddin'.
Some of these foods are immediately familiar. Others might make somebody standing at our window ask, "What the hell is that?" We love both. We'd rather invite people in than water anything down.
More Than a Meal
People have more in common than they have differences. The best way to see that is by listening and learning about other cultures and traditions. One of the best ways to do that is by sharing a meal.
